OUR HOME

Our home, Fishley Hall is located just 10 miles from the Norfolk Coast. The stunning, fully renovated manor house is surrounded by 350 acres of gorgeous countryside. You will have the opportunity to walk, breathe fresh air and enjoy the open space.
We will be practicing in our beautiful, spacious conservatory, which has underfloor heating and a glass ceiling. Mats and props will be provided by our lovely friend at Yogi Bare.

YOUR TEACHERS, OUR PRACTICES

Ashley Ahrens

Ashley started taking Yoga classes in 2010 at the Sattva School of Yoga in Edmonton, Canada. After experiencing several devastating family losses, a friend recommended she try yoga to address her grief. She agreed to give yoga a try and was completely shocked by the profound effects the practice had on her mental & physical wellbeing. The beginning of her education in Yoga was set, and she continues to be amazed by everything this healing practice has to offer.
Ashley is a London based, Advanced 450 Hour UK/North America Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor for Sattva, Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa yoga. She has a Genetics degree specializing in Cancer, with a minor in Psychology and Anatomy. Her classes are strong, yet supportive and nurturing. She places a great deal of emphasis on connecting deep within your own body, using the breath as a tool to distract the mind, and fascial tissue lines of awareness to understand postures on a very personal level. She is forever grateful to her first, and main teacher, Rameen Peyrow of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Melinda Szepesi

Yoga became my passion at the time of my life when I felt the most lonely and lost. I found my calling in the practice and anchor in the present moment. My attention was drawn to the physical aspect of the practice, but with time I found meditation in my movements.
As a teacher now my main focus is to give people a challenging practice, but in a way that they can reconnect with their breath.
You will be practicing mandala vinyasa with me: A playful dynamic practice slowed down to suit the evening. We will be moving 360 ° around the mat, softly flowing through asanas, challenging the body and the mind. The class will begin and close with a few yin postures to compliment our practice.

OUR FOOD

We have collaborated with our incredible friends and chefs, Luigi & Emese, to create a wonderful vegan/vegetarian menu. All meals will be included during your stay to keep you feeling balanced & nourished. We are able to cater to any dietary requirements, please note on your Guest Form when booking with us, as we will need advance notice to be sure we can accommodate.

Thursday 23rd of April:

3pm onwards: Arrival at Fishley Hall. Take time to settle before meeting the other guests around 5pm
Tea/coffee & snacks on arrival
5:30-7pm: Opening Yoga practice
7:30pm: Welcome dinner

Full Day Schedule Friday 24th & Saturday 25th:

8am: Tea/coffee & snacks
8:15-10am: Yoga/Pranayama/Meditation
10:30am: Brunch
1pm: Optional Workshop
5-7pm: Yoga/Pranayama/Meditation or Nidra
7:30pm: Dinner

Sunday 26th of April:

8am: Tea/Coffee & snacks.
8:15-9:45am: Yoga/Pranayama/Meditation
10:30am: Brunch
11am: Check out

Economy Shared Room (can be separate twin beds or one double) – £500*

Luxury Shared Room (can be separate twin beds or one double) – £525*

Small Ensuite Room (no bath tub, only shower, this room is great for a couple or close friends) – £525* SOLD OUT

Super Luxury Ensuite Room (with bath tub & shower, king size bed) – £ 575* SOLD OUT

*based on double occupancy

Terms and conditions
Rooms not described as ensuite share a bathroom with one other room. All shared bathrooms have a bath tub and shower.
Luxury Shared Rooms will be allocated randomly unless you request to share with someone.
Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be payable upon booking. The balance will then need to be paid by March 23rd.
